Established in 1982, Independent Plan Coordinators, Inc. (IPC) is a Third Party Administrator located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  IPC was founded for the sole purpose of coordinating the highly technical employee deferred income plans as authorized by IRS Code Sections 401(a) - Qualified Plans, 408 - IRA's and 401(k) - Special Plans.

IPC provides an organization with on-going record keeping, compliance, communication and professional expertise regardless of changes in investment company products. This flexibility assures maximum performance and safeguards of the participants.
