                                  Login FAQ

 
Question #1:   I do not have a User ID and/or Password.  How do I get one?  
Answer #1:   Contact IPC directly. 
Question #2:  When I try to log in, I get a page saying "Sorry, your login information was not correct."
Answer #2:  If you encounter an error message such as this, it could be that you are using an incorrect User ID or Password. It could also mean that your account has been locked out. Please verify your login information and try again. 

If the message still appears after these steps have been taken, please contact IPC directly.

 
Question #3: How do I change my password?
Answer #3: After you have entered a correct combination of User ID and Password, you will see your account information.  On this screen, there is a link called "Change Password" that will provide a way for you to change your password.
 
Question #4: When I click on the Login button, my User ID and Password are cleared and I remain on the Login page.
Answer #4: Check to make sure you have "cookies" enabled. This is a setting in your browser. Depending on what browser you are using, go to Preferences (Netscape) or Options (Microsoft Explorer). Then go to Security or Advanced setting. Find the section on cookies, and make sure that you have cookies enabled. You cannot log into our site if you have cookies disabled.
