                                  Login FAQ

 
Question #1:   I am a Profit Sharing Plan, 401(k) Plan, or Money Purchase Plan participant and do not have a User ID and/or Password.  How do I get one?  (Note: Please refer to Question #2 if you are a Supplemental Retirement Plan participant.)
Answer #1:   The User ID is the Account Number that appears on your quarterly statement.   

You should have a received an initial password.  This is the password that you should enter.  In the event that you did not receive a password, or have forgotten your initial password, please contact the Plan Administrator for your organization and they will contact IPC to generate a new password.  Alternatively, you may utilize the following link click here to login.  (Note: If you are a Supplemental Retirement Plan participant, please refer to Question #2.)

Question #2:   I am a Supplemental Retirement Program participant and do not have a User ID and/or Password.  How do I get one?
Answer #2:   The User ID is the Account Number that appears on your quarterly statement.

Question #3:  When I try to log in, I get a page saying "Sorry, your login information was not correct."
Answer #3:  If you encounter an error message such as this, it could be that you are using an incorrect User ID or Password. It could also mean that your account has been locked out or other technical reasons are prohibiting access. Please verify your login information and try again, or select the following link click here to login.

If the message still appears after these steps have been taken, and you are a Profit Sharing Plan, 401(k) Plan, or Money Purchase Plan participant, please contact your organization's Plan Administrator.

Question #4: When I click on the Login button, my User ID and Password are cleared and I remain on the Login page.
Answer #4: Check to make sure you have "cookies" enabled. This is a setting in your browser. Depending on what browser you are using, go to Preferences (Netscape) or Options (Microsoft Explorer). Then go to Security or Advanced setting. Find the section on cookies, and make sure that you have cookies enabled. You cannot log into our site if you have cookies disabled.
